The images I call Metallic Jam (1 and 2) are other Guitar Series images that have silver and gold acrylic highlights and real guitar strings on a black 24 x 36″ canvas.
What I learned with this Guitar Series:
Inspiration can come from anywhere and can take you over so quickly you can barely keep up. One word…guitar…in a flyer prompted creativity that has moved me to connect with my son, test new techniques, and spend incalculable hours creating. Add to that the Artlink show and how that one word inspired 50 other artists in their own ways and I know that the beat of creating from the core strums on!!
